Our Respect for Copyright
HireSpheres respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of its visitors. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of alleged infringement.

What This Site Publishes
Job listings displayed on this site — titles, descriptions, and details — are provided by third-party job feeds and belong to the respective employers or sources. Each listing names its source, and its Apply button links to the original posting on the employer's or source's own page. Job thumbnails are original designs created by HireSpheres; where a photograph is used, it is a public-domain image (CC0 or Public Domain Mark) only. Company names are used solely to identify the employer offering the job. We do not use any employer's or provider's logo.

If any content on this site belongs to you and you believe it is used without permission, you may ask for its removal under the procedure below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if several works are involved, a representative list).
  2. Identification of the material on this site you claim is infringing, including the exact page URL (and the job title, if it is a job listing).
  3. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your notice through our Contact Us page.

What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Where possible, we will also notify the source of the listing. A notice that is incomplete may not be acted on until the missing information is supplied.

Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the page URL where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court where HireSpheres may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the material within the period the DMCA allows.

Repeat Infringers
Listings or sources repeatedly found to infringe will be removed, and repeat offenders will be barred from appearing on this site.

Misrepresentation Warning
Please note that submitting a false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability, including damages and legal costs, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
